The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having free parking is wonderful, outside and in the garage. The room overall smelled and appeared clean but the bathroom bathtub could have been cleaner, it was like slightly grey as if there was build up dirt. Also, the cleaning policy is every other day which is ok but I had to ask them to clean because they didn't even when they were suppose to. And the area is pretty quiet so it's good if you don't like noise. Overall I would give the place a 3.5

Place was clean and well kept. One thing that needs help is the hot tub. I went in right after the pool/hot tub folks were done servicing it. The bottom of the tub was full of sand. The jet pump was worthless. Jumped in and jumped out.
The music plays from 9 AM to 10 PM poolside. I had a speaker right outside my room. Had to call staff to turn off the music well past 10 PM. Now if they only could change the 10-song loop, that replays every 25 minutes, that would be wonderful. I don't ever want to hear those 10 songs again.

"The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good.
