"Check in was very easy. Our room was prepared, clean and very comfortable. We had drinks at the Tiki Bar, which was awesome on a beautiful day! Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. This was our second stay here, and it won't be our last!"

"Booked 6 months out, called to confirm a poolside or oceanfront room, instead was given a room outward facing towards the parking lot near the elevator. Had to ask for conditioner 3 times before it was filled."

"We loved everything about this room! Very spacious and neat. The room had everything you could think of. The pool area was very nice. We loved the breakfast! It was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. The only thing I wished was better that the shower walls were a bit cleaner, but everything else was spot on. "

"Pros- walking distance to beach & Coligny park. Rooms were clean and the hotel has been updated. Reasonably priced. Allows pets. Water pressure was good & water hot. The manger was very kind & you could tell truly cared about his hotel guests. Cons- the room key system was broken during half of our stay & required us to have a staff member unlock our door as we came & went. The water fountain in the lobby was broken, the ice machine was broken on our floor aches there was no coffee in the lobby until I mentioned it to the manager who made sure there was coffee there next day, however, that coffee was gritty with grinds. There are no coffee machines in rooms. "

"Check in was pushed back over an hour. Projected time was 4pm but we did not get checked in until after 5. No additional accommodation was made for having to miss dinner reservations that same evening. We went to the XO bar and received horrible service. The waitress acted as if we were inconveniencing her and did not seem like she wanted to be there. When attempting to get drinks at the pool bar it took over 15 minutes to get a single drink. Those staff also seemed very disinterested and acted as if they did not want to be there. All and all this is not the experience I would have expected from an Omni and I will not be going back. "
