Lovely stay at the hotel. Location could not be better. Right on the door step to the main strip while still giving a secluded feel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location for having the option to head to the beach or head in to town. Walking distances seem a lot shorter than when looking at the map before we went. Seemed to have been Newley furnished which is always an added bonus.

We honestly could not find fault with anything at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are light, modern and airy, with an excellent layout and plenty of storage space – something that’s often missing in hotel rooms. Every member of staff we met was exceptional. Beautiful, very modern and spotlessly clean. Great variety of breakfast.. rooftop pool area is fabulous, wonderful sunset view. The location is perfect, away from the busy old town but conveniently placed for the local bus and walking trails.

Great hotel right on the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is kept spotlessly clean. Nice touches too like free beach towels and the ability to book the spa area (sauna and hot tub) for an hour at a time for free, which meant that you got private use. We were there for a week and would definitely recommend.

The hotel is a relatively new ( less than 3 years) built and the facilities are quite modern. It overlooks a bay with stunning views. We had a sea view room and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is located in Srebreno, which is about 20 minutes by road and 25 minutes by boat taxi from the old city of Dubrovnik. We went to the Old City by boat taxi and returned late by Uber. HIGHLY RECOMMEND…Wow! What a stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing rooms, views, staff and HOT TUB!! One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! The 4th floor all have hot tubs (only royal suite on the 5th top floor) and we stayed in 401 corner room. The balcony is massive with a hot tub and the views are amazing of the sea, islands and beach. Any room on that floor with the jetted hot tub would be amazing. We stayed in the Villa Split Luxury rooms Annex. There are now 2 locations (both excellent), so make sure you find out the exact address. The annex is newly opened in 2016 and has been done in complete luxury. The styling is BEAUTIFUL, with some traditional stone walls on show mixed in with newly plastered/painted cream walls and beautiful wooden floors.
