Lovely resort, fantastic views over Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Really well maintained and good location for exploring surrounding area.

Love the place staff Kimberly and Mel did a super job I love them they are so great!! God bless them. Room was amazing accepting dogs great view and super comfy bed and pillows. The car park was not so good as you had to pay which was ridiculous. Other than that it was amazing I highly recommend kindship landing! God bless them all

Really great room in a nice quiet area. Lyn on reception was fantastic helping us organise our meals at different restaurants and a morning hike. I hope I can stay here again at some point in the future.

Easy to find. Lovely powerful shower. Good range of breakfast offerings.

A beautiful hotel in a great location for either downtown or going to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. Very clean and well designed rooms, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great bar and food too. Would definitely return!

Nice location and great views from the bar/pool/restaurant deck towards the mountains. Felt like a corporate hotel with plenty of events on and rooms were a little dated. That said, nice place to stay

Beautiful property....everything was excellent ..would recommend

Nice hotel for a visit to Manitou Springs. Clean and comfortable with nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast serving both hot and cold items. 15 minute walk to centre of Manitou but free shuttle bus also available in the town just a couple of minutes walk from hotel.

Was a very comfortable stay and would choose this again over the holiday inn across the road. Breakfast was fantastic for the week we were there too. Only complaint was the pool was closed down and only managed one swim.
