Caldera Creta Paradise
The jacuzzi was not clean. There were no shower gel and shampoo in the room. Staff at reception was impatient and did not explain all of the things to us.

THE PROPERTY MANAGER MANOS WAS FANTASTIC AND SUPER INFORMATIVE AND GAVE US AN EXCEPTIONAL APARTMENT FACING THE BEACH WHERE WE HAD ALL THE CONVENIENCES TO HAVE A LAID BACK, CAREFREE TIME. Fantastic property that we cannot recommend highly enough. The villa is beautifully designed and built with the highest standards. The surrounding environment is absolutely stunning and the hosts make you feel like this is your home.
