Staff and service were amazing, shuttle to Sorrento was a great inclusion as it’s too far and not safe to walk. No food onsite but a great restaurant next door. Drinks are available just make sure you bring snacks with you.

The staff at terraze were just amazing! From Greeting upon arrival and ensuring we had a great stay. Although we rented. The shuttle was extremely convenient as well.

This property was a little up the mountain from Sorrento but had very convenient transportation into the city center running through the day and into late at night. Quiet, peaceful surroundings and amazing views. Definitely recommend!

The customer service was top notch. Everyone made us feel comfortable and met all our needs. We were able to get our laundry done, eat well, relax and were treated amazing! Highlight of our trip to italy!!!

The situation is ideal. Terraze in every apartment and swimming pool are wonderful. Bus to Sorrento is a great idea. Anyway, the hotel would need a bigger parking area. About breakfast, staff should be more attent about disponibility in every apartment every day. Globally, wonderful hotel.

Mediano, limpeza deixa a desejar.

Hotel tem uma vista linda porém fica distante do centro. O mesmo disponibiliza ônibus para os hóspedesde de hora em hora. Como não fomos informados disso pagamos da estação até o hotel um táxi de €50,00. Existe também ônibus normal, tipo lotação, que passa por lá, comprem os ticktes direto no hotel, para evitar o estresse do motorista.

좋은 경치의 안락한 호텔

소렌토 시내와는 조금 떨어져 있었지만 무료 셔틀이 있어서 크게 불편함은 없었습니다. 호텔 방도 아주 맘에 들었고 경치가 아주 좋았습니다. 어린 아이들과 함께하는 가족여행이라 번잡한 시내보단 조용한 이 호텔이 더 맘에 들었습니다. 호텔 주인과 직원들도 아주 친절하였고 방에서 아침식사를 할 수 있단 점도 좋았습니다.

Fantastisk udsigt og serviceminded personale.

Vi har på alle måder nydt vores ophold på Le terazze. Udsigten var fantastisk, og der var en rar stemning på stedet. Alt personale var utrolig imødekommende (selv hotelhunden :-) )og var det noget der ikke lige fungerede blev der gjort alt for at rette op på det. Rengøringen var i top og morgenmadsbuffetten var lidt ud over det sædvanlige. Vi kan på alle måder anbefale dette lejlighedshotel hvis man ønsker at bo uden for byens larm og se det hele lidt fra oven. Samt have den ekstra bonus at der kører gratis shuttle bus fra morgenstunden til midnat, fra hotellet til Sorrento by. Burde stå under ting der kan gøres bedre, men der er ikke tegn nok.: Vil foreslå, at når rengøringspersonalet gør rent ved udflytning samtidtig tjekker op på at der er det køkkenudstyr der som minimum bør være, samt at man tjekker om elektriske installationer og vandinstallationer fungerer.
