Very easy access from the interstate. Friendly front office staff. We appreciate that it's all ground floor rooms and pet friendly. Parking right in front of room. Nice little area for dogs to potty. Hotel ZaZa Dallas
Mattres and pillows need renovating. Rooms are starting to feel old and dated. More maintenance needed. Whirlpool at the pool area was not working.

Studio Haus East 6th Austin by Kasa
I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
