"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Our family stayed in Movenpick for a one week visit to Hanoi. The place is kept very clean, and the staff are always very accommodating and pleasant. There’s a wide variety of food to choose from during breakfast. Just outside the hotel are various convenience stores and coffee shops. There’s a restaurant in the hotel as well as outside, just one or two blocks down the streets. We’d like to thank the staff, most especially Kent, who welcomed us at arrival and was always very enthusiastic and sincerely happy to help throughout our entire stay. "

"I just stayed 5 nights at Roygent Parks and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel. The Highlights: The Room: I got a free upgrade (thank you!) and the room was spacious and homely. Most importantly, it was spotless—very organized with no funny smells or stray hairs. Location: Perfect for my work trip. There’s a great pizza place and a supermarket right behind the hotel. Breakfast: Tasty, though mostly Japanese cuisine. Western travelers might miss the classic bacon and hashbrowns. The Gym: Decent equipment. I loved the strict "indoor shoes only" policy (keeps it clean), though the dumbbells are a little old and rusty. One tiny suggestion: The greenish photos in the room are honestly a bit scary when staying alone! I actually had to take them down (sorry!)—a nice painting might be a warmer choice. 😂 Overall, an amazing place if you need a base in this area. I'll definitely be back"

"I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi and unreservedly recommend. James Collins"
