"Very pathetic and worst experience. Management of hotel not responsible for anything. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. "Can’t say enough good things about Rosetta, its excellent staff and superior food and ambience. Nestled amidst a 100 acre coffee estate, this resort has high standards in guest experiences.
