"Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was
A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. Also, travelers looking for a hearty breakfast should be aware that the continental offering is very basic and lacks protein options (aside from milk). Good for a night, but...

"Highly recommend staying at the Dixie Motel! The owners have thought of everything from fantastic water pressure in the shower to freshly made tea and other snacks in the fridge. The room was very clean and homey."

"Was in building 4. The hallway smelt like weed, cigarettes, and must. The room smelled better but still had a strong cigarette odor even though it was a non smoking room. Opened the mini fridge and about 20 roaches scrambled."
"Had a delightful stay at the Far View. It was quiet and secluded in the middle of everything. Steve and Linda were wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay there again."
"There is not much to say about a $56 a night place to sleep. Room appears to have been updated. Furniture and bed were clean but the floors and bathroom were not. Ac worked. There was not breakfast in the morning and the front office door was locked when we went to check out at 830am. Attendant at the desk for check in was a nice guy."
"Easy to get in. I ordered two double beds and got a room with one double bed. The property manager said it was an old picture and they do f have two bed options. Bed was very uncomfortable. It is clean and is close to town. "
"No coffee maker, only 2 small bars of soap and the towels were the size of hand towels. No lamps either. The desk people were very nice though. For the price it was kinda expected."
"Started off a little shaky! No one at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the wall, however the daughter of the front staff was there and contacted her Mom who arrived quickly. She sincerely apologized for the delay. We checked in and moved on with our stay. Our room was clean and plenty of towels and washcloths but no bath soap! The pool appeared clean and well maintained. Our breakfast was very good and our hostess, Sherry, was very attentive to our needs. Coffee was hot and delicious. Actual hot breakfast and not just cold cereal and milk. Overall enjoyable stay."
"The hotel and staff were wonderful, but people need to be aware of the noise of both the train whistle and fellow guests. There were ear plugs left as an amenity, but it was very difficult to sleep as the train whistle blew all night and the walls are very thin. I would 100% recommend for the location and amenities, but the noise for me makes it unlikely I will return."
"Definitely needs improvement, for being new the lobby was dirty, boxes right by the desk. Take your own towels, the ones provided are thin and small. The AC was very loud and the blinds let a lot of light in. Being the one of the only options for families traveling for the baseball fields near by they should take better care of the property"
