"Fantastic stay, yet again! We love getting all the benefits of camping without the hassle of setting everything up and taking it down. Everything is ready when you arrive, well stocked, and even during pouring rain, everything inside the tent stayed completely dry. 😊 We’ve stayed twice now, both times in September, and the weather was completely different each visit — one was hot and dry, while the other was rainy and cold. We stayed 2 nights and we loved it. The tents/rooms are basic but well enough for what we needed however it would make sense to have some chairs there so one could sit outside too. The little pool on the rock with surprisingly cold/refreshing water was one of the highlights for us. The property was being renovated during our stay, so there was building noise and disruption, including closure of the pool and main reception area. The staff at check in, could not find our booking and looked a little lost. However the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, our chalet was as advertised and the meals were well prepared and very nice. Once the building work is complete this will be a very nice and welcoming place to stay and we would consider returning in future.
