"I arrived at The Brickmakers Arms tired after a long drive, only to be told that they had no booking for me, the owner was out for the evening and they didn't do food - neither supper nor breakfast - despite the fact that I had a confirmation email for bed and full breakfast. "It’s attached to the Mailbox Birmingham, including the parking beneath, so makes it convenient when driving there and close to almost everything great with the Birmingham city centre. Great service by the warm and friendly staff and liked that there was outdoor seating (limited) at the front with a view to some of the city. Great for that ice cold pint of beer!! :-) If and when I’m back in Birmingham, probably my first choice or among my preferred choices. Ah, Malmaison are also a pet friendly establishment too, if this helps. "
