"Hotel was amazing if you’re looking for a vacation away from the world. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Island is very secluded. The restaurants right outside the hotel were delectable. Staff and locals were very nice. Not much attractions around besides the beautiful beach. Only issues that occurred during my stay: Day 1, lights went out but they were able to get them back on with 20 minutes. The next day, there was no hot water to shower to I embraced the cold water that night which was not as bad since the weather is very hot. I recommend regardless. Also I HIGHLY advise buying some mosquito gel at the corner store because they’re crazy during the night."

"Les chambres étaient bien entretenues,tous les employés que ce soit à la réception, au resto,sur la plage étaient à l'écoute de nos besoins.La plage et les installations toujours entretenu. Une suggestion face au déjeuners j'aurais aimé plus de variété comme du bacon,des saucisses etc...Mais sinon si j'avais à retourner j'irais encore à cet hôtel. Même les repas à la carte pour le dîner et souper étaient savoureux et bien présentés, le saumon,le steak, la pieuvre,les pâtes, le hamburger, la salade,la pizza,tous étaient sur la coche. Un gros merci à TOUTE l'équipe. SOPHIE ET STÉPHANE"

"First time visiting Isla Holbox (06/13-06/18) and will be RETURNING for sure. Hotel was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk specially ANDY was AMAZING! She helped me every day and answered all my questions. Helped me book my tour, and find a great taqueria to grab dinner at. She always greeted me with a SMILE on her face. Food was okay, a bit pricey. Cheaper to go to outside restaurants down the street. Hotel conveniently located by the beach. Took many walks every day and felt safe. GREAT swimming area (clear water) and peaceful. Over all 10/10 for hotel. Will be going back again next year (maybe even this year). Solo trip.-Lorena"

"Magical. Staff was amazing. The beach was beautiful and the best part of town. Room are nice and clean. Pools were cute! Food was okay some food was good but break was okay. The stay was AMAZING! Will stay again! Beautiful experience."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, including the pool area, which was a great place to relax. The amenities and food were excellent, and everything contributed to an stress-free and enjoyable vacation. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Holbox!"
