The hotel is modern and nice with a Sinbad tale theme. It is in a convenient location if you have a car. The only problem was the service from the breakfast and outside restaurant staff. They need some training and management needs to do a better job with customer service.

The fire-alarm woke us up at 2:15 one night and at 0:30 and 4:30 the next one. Pool area dirty, no service available. Poor quality of breakfast for the price. Unfriendly staff.

Hotel information was difficult to obtain. Info-TV had no info available even though there was a section "Hotel information" but it was empty. There was no hotel information on paperback folder.
Info was available by asking from reception.
Service was otherwise great and hotel was clean & tidy. Location is also great for people willing to visit Sohar and surrounding areas.

The hotel is nice, very good finishing with the bathroom. Only minus from the smoke that will come to your room from the corridor or the room next to you (only 2 doors separating the rooms). But the breakfast was nice and the men working at the hotel friendly.

This was the best hotel we had in oman- everyone is so friendly and helpful and it has a Cody and modern atmosphere. It is not a huge bunker like the Radisson Blue and more familiar. The pool has a great size and is really enjoyable.
