Unexpected cool gem downtown Sofia with very cool styling. Get out and you are on the famous main street Vytosha. Tons of restaurants feets away. Definitely booking this one next time

Everything was wonderful at R34 Boutique Hotel. The check in process and check out was so easy and friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location is great too right in the center of Sofia City Centre. The rooms were very clean too! I would absolutely stay here again.

My actual room looked NOTHING like the photos advertised online. The floor was cracked and disgusting (see photo) and I was warned absolutely not to put toilet paper in the toilet or it would overflow. On the plus side, the bathroom itself was clean, and the hot water did come on eventually, after waiting a long time. I would not stay here again.

Great location. Some small tweaks would take this hotel from great to excellent. They need hooks on the walls for wet coats and towels and leave the fridge plugged in!!! 1 coffee capsule per person per day would also be appreciated

This is the most centrally located hotel around. Reception girls speak good english and are very pretty. Little tricky to enter. You need to call reception so they could open the door for you. Every attraction is within 1-10 min walking distance. Windows are facing inside yard and no street noise is coming to your room.

Hi, Location superb. Decoration of the rooms very fancy. Big rooms also suitable for three. Quite room. I had room 7 and 8. But employees are unfriendly. If you travel with friends and if you are shy, don't use this hotel, because you can't flush toilet paper into the toilet. You need to use the trash bins. If you put the paper in the toilet, water cant rinse and you will have flooded bathroom. We experienced it with one room. Room doors and walls are thin and you can hear other guests if they are speaking loud. No 24hours reception. Only until 18. Afterwards you need to use codes for all doors of the hotel, incl. for the rooms. Overall I would stay in another hotel next time.

Lovely boutique hotel

Room was spacious and beautiful design. Great location and the beds were comfortable. I like that they provided an additional lounge area. Internet connection was good and it’s close to all transportation. The hallways always had a beautiful scent. I think they are doing renovations so the check in process was a little unclear. It’s really a great place to stay.

Really nice hotel. Enjoyed 3 nights here in March. Don’t be put off by the frontage, lot nicer inside. Would have given 5 stars for everything but issues with the hot water in the shower meaning it didn’t last too long. Staff said it was due to age of building.
