An absolute must

Uitstekende locatie !heerlijk verblijf en prachtig uitzicht vanuit keuken en zitkamers Geschikt voor 4 a 5 personen en last but not least ...centrale locatie !!!een absolute aanrader !!! Mind you !!don’t bring your car ...you “ll be in for a surprise!! Een absolute must :de lift die u naar de 5de verdieping brengt !!!!don’t miss it !!! Boek deze locatie zeker opnieuw als ik naar Sofia ga !!!

Really comfortable apartment not far from city center. It looks like it was an apartment meant to be lived in and not used for short time rent. Everything is well placed and from very best quality. Not perfect and new - you can see things aging, but in very good condition and fully functional. Spacious and clean. The only thing was missing are bathroom amenities like soap, shampoo. And to make it perfect - some android smart-tv box (youtube, browser, netflix). Host is friendly and helpful. Had answered all our questions and requests in short time and professional manner. Convenient self-check in and check out with detailed howto. We had no issue with parking on the park side and behind the building. Location is not in the center, but around 7 minutes from shopping mall and metro station (just cross the park). Probably best price/comfort ratio I ever had. Would stay again.

It was great time at the apartment. It is warm and comfortable. Wi-fi connection was not stable at the kitchen.

Located close to city center, about half a 10 minute walk. Quiet, even though there us a high school direct across the street. Parking can be an issue, depending upon the time of day.

Appartamento confortevole

Stabile vecchio, ma aperta la porta si entra in un altro mondo. Tutto ristrutturato, pulito, elegante e di classe. Bella vista sul parco davanti casa. Circa 100mq, un bagno, sala grande, ingresso, cucina abitabile con caffè a disposizione, piccolo negozio per aquisti alimentari a 50m. Davanti ad una scuola, zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. In taxi si arriva in Vitosha street in qualche minuto, a piedi invece in 10 minuti. L'accoglienza è buona, si trova tutto il necessario a disposizione, ma nel caso si può contattare direttamente l'host e si possono chiedere informazioni per ristoranti/taxi/visite alla città. Nel complesso avrebbe 5* se lo stabile fosse più curato. 4* meritatissime.
