It was noisy in the evening. We like to have an early night and kept up with the entertainment music. Facilities good hard to find a staff to see where we need to go. More sign post would be amazing. Like where the breakfast is. The building was super clean and well kept. All in all it was a really good stay.

I stayed in the Eye Hotel in late October / early November 2017, while visiting Utrecht for a concert at the Tivoli Vredenburg. The hotel is conveniently situated about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Utrecht Centraal railway station (and about 10 minutes from the Tivoli Vredenburg venue). This part of the city has a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops, and yet is not overly busy - so not excessively noisy. Wijde Begijnestraat itself is quite quiet except for morning and evening rush hour...

rooms are spacious and comfortable. the staff member with the glass who works night shifts is very friendly and sweet. nice places to get food (aldi right around the corner, care shops and more)

Excellent location for access to business located near 'The Wall'. Shuttle bus service excellent but book to ensure availability. All staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Rooms big and comfortable with everything you need.

What a fantastic old property with fashionably new upgrades and lovely wooden structural beams

Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. We had big bottles of shampoo, shower gel and hand wash which was great and also free bottles of water provided. The shower was great and the bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. Lovely small hotel, very convenient to Ouwehands and well connected to public transport

We had a wonderful stay here. I thought it was a brilliant little place with lovely staff. A canal right outside the front door where at times you can watch the boats pass. We arrived late and our key was made available to us well after hours. The people here genuinely like to make u feel comfortable here and as long as his place remains open it will be the place we will be staying at whenever we come to Amsterdam again. The only thing I think could have made it better is if I had, had a kettle...

Great location. Triple standard is great for 3 people. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this hotel enough
