"Easy to find, lift to 8th floor a little messy. Hotel lobby was clean, welcoming and had refreshments. My room was a good size. View on the side of another apartment block. So need to keep the curtains closed in the evening. Fridge didnt work, coffee machine had the wrong size pods, the hair dryer kept cutting out and had sellotape atound the button. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. However the walls had many scuffs, paint defects and a few areas of peeling wallpaper. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel. Number 26 to Central Amsterdam so very convenient. "
