lovely place to stay

everything is great, view, people and room

Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

Had an fantastic holiday in Interlaken. The hotel was in a great location. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very filling! The room was very comfortable and clean and had a great view of The Jungfrau and surrounding mountains. Wish we’d stayed for longer.

We stayed at the Krebs hotel for 1 night in May23 & it was the best hotel (out of the 5 hotels) we stayed in Switzerland! Rooms: We booked for 2 single rooms & we were very pleased that we were upgraded to 2 double rooms. The rooms were spacious & one of them even have a balcony. Pilatus Kulm is just an amazing experience and worth paying extra for.

Nice place for a start to hiking around the place where Saint Nikolaus von Flüe used to spend his life.

Excellent location just by the station. A good breakfast and we had a balcony mountain view which was lovely.

Lovely Mountain View from my room, good service 10/10, lovely lounge with free coffee and tea which is extra points

Superb, view was exceptional.

We had a great time. Nice clean hotel suitable and comfortable with kids

A great value stay at a lovely hotel with great views, food and staff. So handy for everything with reception just opposite the train station. Rooms a little dated but well maintained and very comfortable. Highly recommended, I will be back!

The hotel had great character, nice breakfast, wonderful views, friendly and helpful owner and staff. Can see the Eiger out of the bedroom window!

I fell in love with this hotel as soon as I got to my room - cancelled my next hotel and booked 2 further nights in this one. Hotel and the room were perfect - room had its own balcony, looking out over the green valley towards the mountains. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Got a taxi, when I arrived at the local station but when I left, at the end of my stay, a member of staff took me to the station in her own car - thank you ! It's a winter sports resort (and I can see that these...
