"This was our 3rd time in a 5-6 week span and it was the least favorite one. The bed we had was so firm it was hard to sleep, both mornings there was not coffee except for a machine in lobby. With all that, We will stay again & normally this is our favorite place when coming through town. Worth staying here even when they have a bad day! "

"I booked my stay with Columbia Cliff Villas because I was specifically looking for pet friendly accommodations which this property advertises to be on Expedia. After my stay I was charged an additional $164. When I called to ask what it was for since I paid in full upon arrival, it was explained to me that I was being charged because I was in a none pet friendly room with a pet.
- When I booked there were no details listed about the room being none pet friendly.
- When booking it didn't seem like there were different types of room options available
- When I called about the charge it was mentioned that this wasn't an uncommon occurrence. This has happened a couple of times in the past few weeks.
- I was told they would see what they could do (but mentioned no guarantee of getting my money back)
- Columbia Cliffs never returned my call "
