The hotel is in a wonderful location. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a pleasant fragrance throughout the space. The front desk team, receptionists, and food service were all excellent—especially Ms. Luyen, the chef, who always took great care of me.The buffet is so amazing! I would definitely return to this hotel if I have the chance to visit Ha Noi again.

The rooms are incredibly old, dingy, & musty. The bed is hard as a board. I was afraid to take anything out of my suitcase in case there were bed bugs or something. Expedia should not be posting this hotel on their site!
