was phenomenal! Great help at the front desk at the hotel on top of the mountain and bottom! It was a wonderful place to stay and economical for me and my son! We will be back sometime just not sure when. "

"I booked via Expedia and selected a studio with a balcony. Upon arrival I was put into a room w/o a balcony and smelled like something I can't even describe, not good. Went back to the office and they did put us in a new room. We were also charged an additional $145.00 when checking in for maintenance, cleaning fee. It wasn't a security deposit as they informed us at checkout that it's on top of the room rate. This made no sense as it should have been listed as a separate charge within...

"Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again. "
