"I had a room next to the pool. Although the room was good and didn't hear noise from the pool area I did hear a lot of noise of everyone standing in the hallway talking after leaving the pool area. I also have the room clock alarm go off 2 times before I unplugged it. The light in the room flashing and unusable. Housekeeping tried to come into our room early and we had a late check out!"
