Staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes had to wait long times for someone to come to desk. Main areas and halls seemed clean, and rooms seemed clean, but there were some issues. First room we were in the toilet didn’t work so they moved us down the hall. Second room had mold, broken fixtures, a broken ceiling fan, and other details. Parking was nice though as they allowed one car per room and kept track with paperwork so we didn’t have to worry about not having a place to park. Just wish the property was in better condition. Probably won’t stay here again.

We were very excited about the waterslide, however it didn’t say anywhere online that the pool would not be open until 10:30 am. Checkout time was 11:00 am. We also paid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, and we instead were put in a room with just 2 queen beds. It was very clean and the staff was very kind.

I liked the room but they throw up their hands and don't like to be helpful if you booked your room through a 3rd party travel site. Otherwise, they were friendly and have a great breakfast.

They mattress on the pull out couches desperately need to be replaced. Would have been nice if we had been told during booking that the pool was under renovations. Greatful that they had a pool available for fuests at the hotel right across the street. The breakfast was great, and the lady that works in the restaurant was AWESOME!!!! Will definitely book here again.

Friendly staff with an excellent breakfast. It's a well maintained older building, so plugs weren't conveniently located. Still a pleasant and affordable stay.

I was happy to have secured the room at a better rate, as the Best Western rate was a bit high. Expedia saved us $20! The room is worth $100 - but not $120. It looks clean and is in a small town, which we love!
