Even though I paid in full they cancelled my reservation without even contacting me. Again I paid up front in full. Then they tried to charge me and said I would have to book another room. Then tried to charge me a cancellation fee for a reservation I didn’t even cancel. Expedia customer service had to call them to get me a refund. Messed my whole week up."

"The hotel was the most unpleasant stay I have ever stayed at a hotel in my life. The hotel stank, my room was even worse smelling than the lobby, the room was dirty, the bed was hard as a rock and noisy. It took 30 minutes for the water to heat up warm enough for me to to shower, not an exaggeration I timed it. I will never recommend anyone to stay here and I would rather sleep in a tent on the ground than sleep there again"
