The hotel itself while clean and comfortable is managed like many cookie cutter hotel chains and that is not necessarily a bad thing. "My room was accidentally assigned with 2 twin beds instead of my king/twin setup I booked. The manager of the restaurant, Owyn, gave us free entrees at the restaurant (North) and a free dessert since we were on an anniversary trip. He turned a bad situation into a great memory!"
