"The location is good and staff were pleasant. The hotel I felt was lacking in the maintenance, paint could have been refreshed and my sink had a big crack in it. Although the bed was clean, I felt like the bathroom could do with a deep clean around the shower etc. Breakfast was fine, good enough but nothing special."

"We had a great stay. Lovely place, amazing grounds, A1 service. A little confusing at first because there is a resort side and house hotel side. But staff was great explaining and getting us a person to help with our bags. Had dinner at the Cruize restaurant absolutely delicious and fresh food. Rooms excellent, lovely clean and bed was amazing comfortable. We really loved our stay. One recommendation is that the glass door in the shower is too short and there is no way the floor outside the shower doesn’t get wet. "

"A true BNB. Nice little property, very close to the ferry dock and easy walk to Brodick for whatever you need. Owner Mitch was very accommodating, definitely has stories to tell. Breakfast was classic, and they kindly made some early for us due to an early departure. It's not super high-end luxury, but it's real, affordable, and the kind of place that adds something to your trip. "

"Lovely clean dog friendly room. Would benefit from some details on the resort ie dog walks or local attractions. The hotel is remote, we had planned to get there by the ferry but this was not running and had to drive, not the best roads as not a single track fan. We would stay again "
