"The mountain view from our room was spectacular! The entire hotel had an elevated cozy feel to it with newly upgraded rooms and bathrooms. They offered a full breakfast with delicious options and even an afternoon snack with beautiful sandwiches and pastries- incredible. Diago had fine wine and drink options in the evening and made a great cafe latte macchiato! With respect to staff this hotel exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car broke down navigating the language barrier for us with the rental car carrier. They offered suggestions on where to eat, catch the bus, hike etc. Stay here! You won’t regret it!"

"Very nice but a weird property. The location is stunning, the rooms are large and comfortable but the building is strange. We got there and the front door was locked. Had to find the side door to the kitchen. The main floor has a beautiful dining room but they only seem to use that for functions. So you go down to the ground floor -fine. It was warm so we tried to adjust the temp. Unit was dead so I asked the desk for new batteries. One of the staff came and told me it was not a thermostat. Hmmm. Right as you enter the room, above the power switches, a display with up and down arrows. If that wasn't a thermostat what was it? Draw bridge? We made do. It's also a little tricky to get to. Beautiful spot but not sure we'd do it again. "
