Good location, apartment not so great
Apartment is in a great location close to beach & attractions. Staff were welcoming & friendly and let us check in 2 hours early which was appreciated as it was raining.
Apartment is well presented but very grubby and dated. Found the room & pillows to smell of grease/cooked food, carpet was filthy & beds were so uncomfortable we cut the trip short by a night.
Overall not the worst place I have stayed, but definitely not worth the money & won’t be returning.
The hotel/ apartment was not as advertised, it isn’t new furnished and the level of hygiene is disgusting, there wasn’t enough bowls for my family to use or knives and forks. The bed had a huge stain on and the general hygiene was less than I’d let my dog stay in.
I am still awaiting a reply from the hotel owners to try and gain compensation but they are not replying.
It's a beachfront apartment with a Premier store below us, a drive-thru McDonald's, a pub in the corner and just a few minutes away from the arcades and Fish & chips diners. The apartment is equipped with kitchen appliances which is really convenient especially if you want to cook your own food. It's an open living area for dining, kitchen, & lounge. The bedroom has got enough space for me, my husband & our 2-year old daughter. Though, there wouldn't be a space if you plan to bring a cot. We co-sleep so it wasn't a problem. Bathroom is also spacious. The apartment is situated above a Premier store, across a drive thru McDonald's, a few steps away from a bar and a few minutes walk to the centre. It was a lovely place for our overnight stay.
It was closed still waiting for a refund. The lady i spoken to was very nice and explained that she had informed hotels. Com that the hotel had been closed by the council and i should not have been booked into the hotel.

On arrival i asked how to get to their car park. I was told along any side street where there is a space. This is unacceptable as i booked because there is a car park. Fortunately there was one space free that i used.
The internet is very low signal and not part of Pier view. It was from neghbouring hotel Coasters. The internet is restricted therefore not free. I was unable to connect. This was disappointing.
The bed is too firm. Not able to relax to sleep.
I was fortunate to be given a front facing room with sea view..
There is an unspecified fee and taxes with this appartment. This made the overall cost much more expensive than other properties.
I wouldnt book here again or recomment it. There are better places nearby at reasonable cost.

The room was spacious and the shower worked very well, brilliant location but had no wifi from start to finish of stay,i asked for router to be rebooted not sure if it was but obviously made no difference, really spoilt my stay, there was a big cobweb in corner of room and my grandson found a dirty sweet on floor from previous people,so that wasnt good, the windows were very dirty too, wont be staying there again, the car park is very small
Brilliant location, new premier Inn restaurant directly across the street has fantastic food. Clean and comfortable stay with no stress. Staff are lovely definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a little break away.

Ok but just ok.
Was so so. Clearly the older part of the hotel. Have to check in via the hotel next door which wasn't very clear so had to ring and ask.. website states there's parking available when in actual fact there's only 5 spaces tucked at the back that are first come first served. Without driving around randomly wouldn't even know they were there so that should really be made clearer. We parked in a nearby pay and display.
Service was good and the lady was great, very helpful and informative. Room was very small however and shower was poor. Other than that it was comfortable. I wouldn't stay again though if paying the usuaul price of nearly £100 a night.
Friendly accommodating staff, our room was clean and tidy, very much suited our needs and reasonably priced. Ideal location for easy access to pier, amusements and beach. Would not hesitate to stay again
The host was amazing such a polite lovely lady! Brought us up an iron and ironing board to save us carrying it up. The rooms were clean and nice, bed was quite comfortable only let down was that we paid for breakfast but didn’t receive any because the breakfast wasn’t available.
Worst shower in the world, had to clean the pans so we could use them, no parking, floors were all buckling and felt like you were about to fall through them, the place is a mess
Very nice staff close proximaty to town centre and beach ,sea view although not for long ,premier inn being built over the road amusements bars and MacDonald all very close had a really nice stay.
