"Staff were nice, check in okay. Room smelt damp and not that clean. Shower needs update as constant dripping all night. Breakfast okay, no water in kettle on multiple days, fruit not fresh and room very underwhelming to start your day. When leaving, no one to give feed back till lunch time. Also most of common areas were not clean (staircase, landing, outside)"
"Hotel was in a quiet location with easy parking and within walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Staff were welcoming on checkin and kept in touch with check in and out times clearly stated with a key drop service available should this be needed. Lovely view from the room and residents kept the hotel quiet even in the early hours. There is no lift at the hotel and our room was on the top floor which involved climbing 2 flights of stairs so someone with mobility issues may suffer. There was plenty of security lighting and cctv covering all the main passageways to help you feel secure."
"We had a lovely stay! Liz was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming, making a lovely cooked breakfast! The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely touch with the fresh milk 👌 The location is close enough to walk into town or walk along the coast. There was not enough room to fit on the car park but there was plenty of roadside parking available which was free. We will definatly stay again!"
"The hotel is not so clean as when previously stayed,cigarette butts on balcony and in ash trays. Some staff helpful and do their best others not so good.
