Front desk...Naidelin... Very friendly and helpful, so sweet...Dexon... Bartender and waiter... He went above and beyond! Deyver also helped us out so much! The only thing I wasn't happy with is when it's all inclusive , you pay for it... It does not include everything it's limited! The resort is beautiful.The animals are plentiful... and so cool... Keep an eye out for the colorfull poisonous frogs! Beautiful... Food and drink are really good also... It's nice that they have the separate pools... Atmosphere is authentic & amazing! Room was very nice also! I could go on and on , but i've said enough! We definitely would like to return. Everyone was pretty awesome!

The hotel is okay — nothing special. The area is beautiful, with very tall trees surrounding the property, and howler monkeys waking us up early in the morning, but the hotel itself feels worn out.
