"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

"We loved the stay here thank you"

"Very nice hotel within walking distance to all the attractions. Nice balcony with view of castle and wildlife. Tasty breakfast as well!"

"Great location for a quick visit to lavaux wine region. Enjoyed our stay"

"Nice view from the room, good spa and sauna and restaurant."

"Quiet location to explore the lavaux region. Parking - great breakfast helpful staff"

"Amazing stay"

"It was very good."

"This is a cosy hotel located in the city centre. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the ground floor was quite busy when we arrived on Saturday night. I expect it to be popular based on the reviews. There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times. We stayed there only one night, but we'll book again if we return to the area. "

"Ultraconvenient location, very friendly staff, large and comfortable room, good bed, clean, competitive price: very good!"

"Wonderful hotel!"

"We really enjoyed the stay at Le Saint Georges. The hotel’s services and decor are all done very nicely. We also enjoyed our fondu experience at the hotel restaurant with spectacular view setting. It is nice to stay overnight in Gruyère to allow you enjoying hiking in surrounded area and visiting the castle in early opening hour without crowd. The castle has a lot of nice collections, we enjoyed this castle museum visit more than the Chillon one."

"We highly appreciated that they upgraded our room to the newly renovated room. Thank you!"

"The rooms were great, and the breakfast was good. We were travelling with 7 people, and the hotel did a great job accommodating the family. Walkable to a great waterfront."

"Estavayer-le-Lac is a beautiful old town ideal for touring. The hotel is an attractive building and the restaurant serves local fish Good continental breakfast"
