One night before bike ride
Stayed at the Beaumont the night before a long cycle, I could not have asked for more, the owners went out of there way to cater for 6 of us with bikes and a very early start. Thoroughly recommend the hotel, just wished i had chance to sample their breakfast.

Comfortable, welcoming
Barbara and Steve went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure I was comfortable. The weather was unexpectedly cold and I was offered extra blankets if necessary. Bed and linens fresh and comfortable. Good breakfast menu, freshly cooked to order. I will be back.

Friendly down to earth couple. Good location, breakfast enjoyable. Single room was just as I requested. Only point for improvement, would be the shower. Had no power needs upgrading.

Good, friendly B&B.
Good, sound B&B. Clean and quiet. Managers and staff were very pleasant and friendly. Just to find something to pick at, toast at breakfast was a little chewy. Eggs were perfect and coffee was good, so no worries.

Very nice place, friendly owners and lovely breakfast. Comfortable bed but floors are a bit uneven due to the building's age (17thC).

Overall this B&B is lovely, very clean and all the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, there is plenty of parking space and a pleasant lounge. We found the room a little small, OK for our one night stay but wouldn't want to stay in it much longer. We both found the mattress uncomfortable.

October trip to Sittingbourne
Excellent stay both Steve and Barbara are lovely hosts and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was again excellent and organised. Room was a bit small but the level of cleanliness was brilliant only negative was early morning breakfast time closed at 8:30. Sittingbourne was an excellent base to visit the Kent coast and Canterbury all within 30 to 40 minute drives.

The owners couldn't have been more obliging. Mr even helped us repair our bicycles. It was, clean, welcoming, very comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, could not praise it enough. Thank you

Breakfast cooked and served by the CEO!
I prefer to stay with independent establishments where you are valued as a customer, my stay at The Beaumont did not disappoint. The owners were friendly and helpful, my room was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was great and served in the garden due to COVID restrictions and my preference. Would happily book again.

Great place to stay: 100% clean & tasty breakfast.
Lovely place with lovely people. 100% clean. Great breakfast. Free parking. I've travelled a lot & without doubt the hottest bathroom I've ever encountered. Barbara & Steve were very accommodating in too many ways to mention. If you're thinking of going to the Holiday Inn next door - have some self-respect (have you seen their cleanliness reviews?) - and book in here for a great stay & support your local businesses at the same time. Toilet was separate from room which was a shame as the room, with a little re-modelling could have an en-suite included. On a more positive note. The ownwers were really nice and breakfast was excellent.

We received a warm welcome on our arrival and were shown to our room at first glance a bit dissapointed,but it was clean & had everything we required. The shower and toilet area was very small but we understand newly fitted & again was clean.We had tea & coffee making facilities along with biscuits & botles of water & T.V. Itinery Book available. Nice lounge area downstairs. Breakfast room nicely furnished & a good breakfast altho service was slow. We understand the proprietors were only in situ for just over a week and are finding the
