"The housekeeping, restaurant and room services are pathetic. You call them multiple times they will not pick the phone. Their food is overpriced and not upto the mark. They take a lot of time in food preparation and also their free breakfast is same everyday. They will provide very basic south indian breakfast. The area around the resort is good but the resort is overpriced and the overall services are not good."

One particular server, Ms. Ranjitha, stood out as she was the first to notice my dining preferences and proactively inquired if I needed additional dishes, even making recommendations. What amazed me was that the dishes she suggested were exactly what I was craving at that moment. I highly recommend this exceptional server. Additionally, the chef, Mr. Sahayaraj, demonstrated remarkable skill in preparing Chinese dishes like egg fried rice and stir-fried noodles. Despite differences in ingredients, the flavors were authentically Chinese. I was thoroughly impressed by his culinary expertise."
