Very good restaurant and confortable rooms. Very good organising of the safari (both sunset and sunrise were worth it for the different experience). Unfortunately the swimming pool would benefit from extra cleaning; the handheld shower was not working and the shower was flooding the bathroom.

Property is nicely managed. We enjoyed lot. Food is very delicious. Room service needs to improve. Premier Room size and bathroom size is small. Check out time should be 12.

Good experience

Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default.

This is an amazing part of the world and a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and the leopard safaris were great fun. We really enjoyed the evening safari even though we didn’t see any leopards - the scenery was just beautiful. We were lucky to spot a leopard on our morning safari and Karan our guide drove us to a fantastic vantage point. The leopard came within aroud 10m of our 4x4. The hotel was about 1km away from the city/market area. The hotel is good and provides all the basic amenities. Lighting in the room and the bathroom was dim and this was pointed out to the hotel manager, he agreed and also made arrangement with an electrician to change bulbs or install dimmer switches in the rooms. I also suggested that for safety reasons in the bath/shower room there should be a shower screen and handle to hold when coming out of the bath and also a bath mat to stand away from...

I loved the staff and their service. It’s very safe and good for stay. Mostly, the interior part is nice. But, brake fast is bit expensive, that’s what I feel. Overall, it’s wonderful for stay
