"This would have been a nearly perfect stay except that there was a hidden fee - $5 to park in the lot, which was half empty the whole time we were there. It’s not much to pay to park, but it shouldn’t have happened because the hotel fees should all be visible in the price. Having to pay a parking fee was an unpleasant welcome when we got there."

"We had a great stay at Crossroads. However, when we checked in we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. 4pm checkin already is a little late, so waiting around another 1.5 hours not knowing when the room would be ready was a bit of a pain. It was made worse by Pippin closing at 4pm for a private event, so we basically had to sit around while we waited. They did treat us to a bottle of wine as an apology, which helped make the situation better. All in all, the amenities were great and the room was wonderful."
