"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. We had a big problem casting from our devices to the television to watch some streaming services but the staff was wonderful and took care of it for us by offering us a free glass of wine at the bar and complimentary breakfast. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Charlottesville VA."

"The staff, especially Sean (front desk) and Matt (valet) were terrific. The room was comfortable and uniquely decorated. While small, the hotel has a fun game room, a coffee shop and a rooftop bar. The location us great for both Uva and downtown attractions. "

"Loved the tea and cookies every afternoon by the fire and Christmas Tree!!! Also love the breakfast!! My favorite was the cottage cheese and peaches! The bed could have been better but other than that it was great and the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay!!"
