"The room was adorable with wooden floors and vaulted ceilings. We had a canceled flight and arrived exhausted and frustrated but then received a tour, complementary adult beverage, dinner recommendations, etc. Breakfast was lovely and delicious! They ladies there showed us where to find all the “fixins” and variety of choices. The grounds were beautiful! I’m now glad our flight was canceled. Loved it!"

"Beautiful property, rooms and grounds. Fabulous location right on mid Duval Street. I had a reservation on the navy base but could not gain access to the base, so I randomly picked the Duval House based on OTHER reviews, which were spot on. I would definitely stay here again"

"Room was good. Bed is comfortable. The pull out couch was terrible. No air the first night but we were all comfortable. The next night they turned the air conditioning really low. We were all cold. No thermostat in the room. The location is great, So is the pool. Pretty good breakfast served till 10, and a great breakfast place next door for us late risers. It’s old and it showed in the bathroom floor and shower. I rate it high because for the price I don’t think you can do any better in such a great location "
