"The location was great and the building was as old and charming on the outside, what I was looking for. We were on the top floor ( no elevator so don`t pack much!), the lower level rooms were likely quite noisy . The AC did work and our room was cleaned well. The overall upkeep of the building is not great, amenities are very limited ( as expedia VIP should get 25% off food and drinks, but there were only few bottle of sodas/ water available, no food). The complimentary "chef curated " breakfast was definitely below expectations, this is a huge miss out for this size of an inn. The table not cleaned between guests etc. Afternoon Sangria happy hour at the pool was a nice touch. "

"The staff and location were incredible. Lobby area and our rooms were quite new and beautiful. The gym is good and was not used that much. The pool is small for the hotel size and the pool surroundings weren’t that clean by midday. We had prepaid for two water front rooms and were placed in two rooms overlooking a parking lot with a partial ocean view. Those rooms are 418-19. The hotel moved one of our rooms after a request and the other room we had to keep. "

"Great ocean front view, the other rooms look at the parking lot so pay the extra money for ocean view. Resort fees are ridiculous so be prepared. "

"The hotel front desk recommended a parking lot that was convenient and affordable. Regarding the room: - Location - literally 50' from live music that played until 11pm. - AC - The AC fan ran constantly with no apparent "

"The property is right in the middle of Duvall Street making it a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice but there is limited space around it. Our only complaint was the proximity of our room to the elevator the staff uses to access the upper floors - every time they got on it they slammed the door which rattled our bedroom door and woke us up. I would still recommend the hotel to anyone. "
