"The location of the hotel from Disneyland was perfect 5 min walk! Staff was so nice. The cons I have is that they say parking is $22 but I was charged $26 per night for parking, so that was a surprise. Also the beds were so uncomfortable they need to add a mattress topper or something my neck and back are so sore after sleeping on them for 2 nights. Other than that the hotel was great."

When we notified staff they changed our room and were very accommodating. found old clumped up eyelashes in the clean towels, shower was in rough shape, elevator felt a liiiittle terrifying to go up!"
