They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add). "Great value for money. Clean room, clean bed and sheets. Clean bathroom. Nice hard bed, hard pillow and heavy duvet ensured I didn't even turn once while sleeping. Breakfast was great value for money. Room was really far from the lift. The corridor outside the room looked like a construction site since many rooms were being reconstructed. "
