"I book this property for 1 weeks but when I reach my room I saw on the floor dead bug's, after that I try to open refrigerator but can't even open it because they setup very bad, Tv doesn't work, there is no hand soap just shampoo, doesn't have a kettle and water in a room, I pay for 1 person up the 50 $ a per day for this Hotel no idea how people staying in this property, 1 lady working at reception I don't know her name she's very helpful thanks for her, stay away this property not even 1...

"Narlıkuyuda sakin huzurlu bir yerde konumlanmış şirin bir otel. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Yemeklerde özellikle tabak sunumları ön plandaydı ve çok lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar karşılamada ve misafirliğimiz boyunca çok ilgili ve kibar davrandılar. Odanın temizliğine biraz daha özen gösterilmeli. Duş ve lavabolar çok temizdi yalnız odada dolaplarda tozlu yerler vardı. Genel olarak çok keyifliydi memnuniyetle ayrıldık."

"Mükemmel konumda, otel biraz eski ama, denizi ve doğası çok güzel. Restoran ve servis elemanları çok iyi ve yardımsever. Yemekler ve kahvaltı oldukça iyi ve yeterli. Yanlız wifi odalarda mevcut değil. Restoran ve resepsiyon yakınında kullanabiliyorsunuz. Şehir merkezinden uzak olduğundan gsm hatları biraz sıkıntılı çalışıyor. Genel olarak huzurlu ve dinlendirici bir tatildi, tavsiye ederim."

"I went to the given address and there was no such place. People in neighborhood didn't know of it's existence. I called the phone number given with booking and no one answered. I was left in a very difficult situation to find alternative accommodation. I have notified Hotels.com but they fail to answer my complaint. Not happy."
