"Staff were lovely and helpful. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our only annoyance was not getting more tea and milk supplies when the room was cleaned. Breakfast and dinner were underwhelming which is why wecrsted 4 out of 5"

"Great hotel! Lovey decor and very clean. The staff at the front desk and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a penthouse sea view room and it really made our stay! The rooftop bar with infinity pool with sea views was a great addition to the hotel. It's in a great location, only a short walk to the strip but out the way of noise. The car park price was more than I expected it would be but was very convenient. I have already recommended to friends and will return myself."

"Hotel was just amazing and a little oasis in the middle of Benidorm, welcome drinks on arrival, Nuxe amenities in the room, pool towels provided. Our room was nice and big and most importantly clean. We had breakfast included, there was plenty to choose from and all fresh, nice touch as had takeaway cups to be able to take a drink with you. A little bit of sun bed wars when the pool opens at 9am and there are limited beds directly by the pool. I think if they made the bali beds cheaper more people would have purchased one as they stayed empty our whole stay. The food and drink service was great as you can both delivered you lounger via the QR code on the tables by your lounger, a little expensive but very good. Entertainment was a nice touch and nowhere near cheesy at all the hotel is pure good vibes. All criticism would be our room door had been left open (accidently) by the cleaners. 100% looking forward to coming back already."

"Overall good experience. The Hotel is situated next to the golf course and is in a very quiet area. The outside pool is great. Rooms are spacious. Though two things I didn't like. TV has no international channels. So if you are not speaking Spanish....Second thing no service outside at the pool so you will need to go to the bar to get your food and drinks."

"Lovely accommodation and nice spacious room. Staff great and everything clean and well maintained. Great breakfast. Few things to note - property on a hillside so be prepared for big hills. Also, rather isolated so very few evening options so prepare for bus/taxis."
