Hotel San Antonio El Real

Hotel San Antonio El Real

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed here for the excellent parking available if you prebook €15 a day. Able to get into room at 2pm. Easy walk into historic centre along the side of the aqueduct. Evening meal at the restaurant excellent. Breakfast had a large range of food options."

Hotel Don Felipe

Hotel Don Felipe

8/10 Good
"This hotel has excellent views of the alcazar and also hot air balloons from across the valley although depends on your room choice. Note premium rooms are advertised having an Alcazar view but ours didn’t, we had access to a balcony where we could walk out to the view (which was magnificent) otherwise blocked by another part of the building. Room spacious with comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Excellent breakfast. Room cleaning was hit and miss - had to ask for towels to be replaced and used glasses were not replaced. On arrival there were no welcoming words from reception, just a request for our passports. Information was provided when we asked but otherwise not forthcoming (contrast with the warm welcome experienced in Madrid hotel the week before). In summary, it’s a good hotel but could be that much better with relatively little effort."
