The postive is checkin experiene is easy as the receptionist is very nice. She communicated well. The negative is the room are not insulated. You can hear other rooms closing their doors and kids running in the hallway.

Loved it
Very nice place to stay. Came with my family of 4 adults. Loved the location of the hotel. Room was large and accommodating. Hotel has laundry machine one can pay to use and free coffee. On site parking was a bonus. 7 min ride to Siena. Very hospitable staff and friendly. Highly recommend

Modern, clean, great staff, easy parking & safe.
This leg of our 2.5wk trip was greatly disrupted by a bazaar accident we had on the autostrada, just minutes before arriving at the hotel. It was too early for checking, but we had planned to drop off the bags. We just happened to catch Valentina before she left for a couple of hours, & she was so sweet & sympathetic. We were rattled by what had happened, & she went out of her way to comfort us. She helped us connect our phones to the Wifi & offered us refreshments while we waited for housekeeping to prepare our room (early, due to the circumstances). She later made multiple phone calls on our behalf, trying to connect us with local police, towing services, rental car agency, etc. Due to recent storms & short staffing, no one was responding, & Valentina (& her colleague, Giana?) tried so hard to comfort & help us. We are most grateful. As for the hotel, it's clean, modern & well-appointed. Light & bright apartment that is just adjacent to the busline into the old town (get tickets at the cafe or Tobacci). My only complaint (constructive criticism) is the living room area: We had a daybed instead of sofa, which was very uncomfortable, & there was no coffee table or end tables on which to set a drink. There was only a single light over the dining area, so at night it was unpleasantly dark. The simple addition of a side chair, an accent table & a floor lamp or two would have made the space perfectly suitable, but swapping the hard daybed for a sofa would have made it 5 stars.

Extremely helpful staff and parking was right outside the building. Very easy to catch bus into town for minimal cost, comfortable beds and great apartment layout. Only negative was not all ammenities available for cooking and basic coffee/tea making needed to be taken from foyer. Would I stay again ... definately, very happy overal.

The apartment is in an excellent location just ourside entrance to the old city. It is very spacious for tor a couple. The furnishing in the kitchen a little worn down.

Big apartment with great value
The room itself is spacious with big living room. We drove here and parking is free. Also the bus station is just across the road to get into the old city. The wifi is not strong in the room but ok in the reception. We do recommend it here.

Need to fix the air condition unit
The air conditioning was not working in the bedroom, and the one in the lounge, you could not adjust the temperature or turn off, too noisy. Had to off at the mains.

The walls probably not ever repainted... Filthy. Room actually had bed bugs and I captured one after it fmdrew blood... I have pictures. Checked out after one nite.. Oh the breakfast was hot dogs and old scrambled eggs.... Disgusting. Can't believe Expedia represents this property.

Siena stay at ApartHotel Anghel
This was a very clean apartment and 30 minutes walk from the old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The breakfast is really good with a lot of options.

The hotel a/c is centrally controlled so you can either switch it on or off but not control the temperature. The vent above the gas stove was gross, i did not feel like cooking once I saw it. The location is next to the road so noisy if u decide to open the windows and sleep.

OK for one night
This was a last minute booking for one night only. It was adequate for what we needed, basically a place to sleep and shower. The shower was lukewarm at best, but there were plenty of towels and good water pressure. The double bed was comfortable, but our 20 year old son said that the sofa bed was quiet hard, as was the pillow. No A/C and it was quiet warm outside and in the room. We had to close the windows as there was a nearby dog barking for an hour straight at 3 am.

Nice clean, and new hotel
Very nice hotel mostly. It's just a bit far from the center of town. However, it is nicely accessible by bus. But, when you don't speak the language and don't know the directions or correct bus everything can't be a bit hard. Buffet breakfast was good.

Exactly what it says it is!
We booked this hotel for our journey back up the country. It is a newly built apartment block that has been turned into hotel rooms. The room/suite its self is modern contemporary and very clean. The air conditioner was noisy and we could not just turn off the lounge unit however with the bedroom door closed it wasn't to bad. The staff on reception were welcoming. The hotel offers breakfast at the next door bistro. This was one of the best breakfast we have had during our two week trip. The hotel is not far from a bus stop that is a short ride into Siena to see the sights. Overall a nice hotel but nothing wow.

We made a last minute decision to stop here for two nights. Was cheap, easy to find and check in and service was good. Unfortunately we couldn't get the air con to work so it was a little hard to sleep at night.

The unit had two rooms and a bath with a living room/kitchenette containing a small fridge, stove, and dishes. The laundry down in the basement is free, but ineffective as the dryer cannot dry heavy articles of clothing.

Horrible hotel!!!
This is not a hotel, are departaments for people already living in Italy if your a tourist do not come here is the worst place to visit. Is really far from the city and theres nobody to help you, there is not any cafetteria or super market to go and bite something.

Nice enough but needs improvement to be great
I arrived at night and thankfully was able to enter the reception area. It took around half an hour to find anyone, however and so a bit of a bummer after a day full of heavy travel. The guy that assisted me was pleasant and polite. The room was clean and tidy. There were just a bunch of items that were not installed or working properly. ie: it appeared that I had been sold a room under maintenance. The free wifi service took forever to connect to and forever to browse anything. It was barely usable and at times completely unusable.

The rooms are spacious and modern and the beds are comfortable enough. However on a hot night at the end of June the air conditioning didn't work. There are buttons as if you could adjust but they don't respond. Even though they advertise AC don't plan on it. Internet was slow. Modern buttons that don't do anything lead to frustration. Finishing work looked as if done by an amateur.

A short bus ride from old Siena
We found it quite hard to find and it is off a dual carriageway section so you need to be going in the right direction. The locals did not seem to be aware of it. That is not the hotel's fault. It is a short bus ride from the heart of Siena and the bus stop is nearby. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. It has one or two niggles as a new building and staffing is stretched. Overall it allows a good stay in Siena.

Despite my lowish scores, we enjoyed our stay because it was roomy and we had the kitchen. On the other hand, we picked the hotel because we needed a place to stay for a week to get some work done, which meant internet access in the rooms, which was promised. There was no internet in the room; it was coming, but when? We were forced to go to the less than cozy lobby and sit around with a bunch of other internet seekers, and still had less than a good connection. The hotel manager/concierge, though was very helpful and full of good information, and a very pleasant person to talk to. Lastly, the room was not cleaned on a regular basis, which was somewhat annoying.

Great staff
The man on reception was extremely helpful & went out of his way to make bookings & give advice. Hotel is a couple of k's out of town but just a 5 min bus ride to the town centre. The room looked just like the photo & they do your laundry for you. Good, safe, quiet place to stay.

Struttura ben organizzata, pulita e con un’ottima posizione, il nostro appartamentino era molto spazioso e luminoso, ottimo anche il servizio self check-in La struttura risulta poi ben insonorizzata ed è dotata di tutti i comfort, al suo esterno è presente qualche ristorante, bar e supermercato raggiungibili a piedi Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato consigli utili e importanti Sicuramente ci torneremo!
