Excellent Hotel

An excellent mid-sized hotel with a nice garden and pool, excellent staff and customer service, and within short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend for short of long term stays.

Lovely oasis in Siem Reap

Lovely place to stay in Siem Reap. Good clean rooms and premises. Lovely service from staff. A couple different local and western choices for breakfast, all decent. Away from the bustle of the centre of town but easily walkable to it and lots of restaurants and services too. Arranged for all the tours at the reception, reasonably priced. Easy to get a tuk tuk from right outside as well.

Of the four hotels I’ve stayed at in Siem Reap, this one is the absolute best. The staff are all wonderful and cheerful and eager to help out. I stayed there with my mother, both had a room and both rooms were spectacular and extremely clean, no bugs and everything worked great. Showers were hot, aircon worked well, beds were comfortable. This is by far the best value deal in Siem Reap in the boutique hotels. You get tremendous personal service and the breakfast is included and really good. We did the sunrise tour of Angkor watt and the hotel packed us a breakfast, of all the people on the tour ours was the only hotel to do so. They mailed a postcard for us and gave us a gift when we left, pool was great and comfortable. It’s a little oasis in Siem Reap and I would strongly recommend staying here over other similar priced establishments.

Small is sometimes good and sometimes not so good.

Lovely little boutique hotel only a mile or so from Pub Street, but off the beaten path. The service persons were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast provided was tasty and they would prepare pretty much whatever you wanted. However, there was no hot coffee, and orders were painfully slow due to how small the kitchen area was. They could really only service one person at a time, maybe one table at a time when business was slow. If breakfast had lots of propel trying to eat, there just wasn’t room nor enough help for our waiter. The room was clean but very tight and there was no place to unpack anything so we used our suitcases like a dresser. The price was reasonable, but I’d find a hotel with more room if you have suitcases and need a little room. The pool was also very small and there were insufficient chaises - only 4 - so the early risers had them staked out ahead of time. They presented all members of our travel party with nice gingham scarves upon checkout.

Nice staff, nice room, nice breakfast even they give me breakfast box when I go Ankor Wat Sunrise tour. But, it places far from almost things like pop street, Tour shop, or any other places. Except for these point, it's perfect.

This is a cute, little boutique hotel about 1km from city center. It is not opulent or luxurious like a 5 star but very clean, comfortable and quiet. I often prefer that type of environment. The surrounding area has a number of excellent restaurants as well. We met 6 or so of the staff repeatedly. They are young, energetic and very happy to assist you wherever possible. Everyone tries very hard to make the business a success. If you enjoy the small hotels and that sort of experience give this a try!

Nice central hotel in a quiet neighbourhood

Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, but still just approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the Night Marked, Pub Street etc. Friendly and helpful staff, who did the little extra that is much appreciated. Like a cold towel after a long day. We booked two tours through the hotel, with very good service. The rooms are comfy, but you can quite well hear people walking in the stairs and slamming with doors, also at night. But all in all, a very pleasant stay.

LOVED IT!! Our room was a stone throw from the pool (1002). Such friendly and helpful staff. Really comfy beds and pillows. $1/$2 tuktuk to pub street and bus station. Lovely breakfast and atmosphere. Felt very safe and would most definitely return :)

Fantastic place.

This is truly a fabulous small boutique hotel. Walkable in to pub street. The staff were amazing. The pool very nice on a hot day around town. The beds really comfy. Hard to find anything that wasn’t just perfect. I would highly recommend and would return.

とても素敵なホテルです。 英語が苦手な私たちにとても親切に対応してくれたスタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。 部屋も綺麗でシャワーの水圧も温度も満足でした。 プールは小さいのですぐいっぱいになりますが いつもきれいに掃除してあります。ビール2本頼めば1本サービスでしたよ。 場所は中心部から遠くないですが、トゥクトゥクで2ドル出せば大概の所に行けます。 チェックアウトは早朝でしたが、朝食BOXの準備もしてあり 笑顔で見送ってくれました。 また来るときはこのホテルに泊まると思います。

Fantastic Little Hotel

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Residence 101. The staff were all really nice. Every time we saw any of them, they'd stand up and greet us. Room was not big but it was well decorated and very clean. Only thing to note is that the shower and toilet have an opaque glass door, so there's not much privacy when showering or taking a dump. Travelled with my partner so it was perfectly fine for me. A short ride to the town center by tuk tuk costs only about $1 or so, or else is a 15-minute walk. There's no lift but the staff helped us with our bags up the stairs. The poolside area is fantastic, as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and come back if we're ever in Siem Reap again.

Super hotel! Heel proper hotel en de kamers zijn goed onderhouden en heel mooi. Tof zwembad om even tot rust te komen! Het personeel aan de receptie is zeer behulpzaam! Je kan ze echt alles vragen en ze regelen het voor jou! Ook aan te raden is de tuktuk chauffeur Sol voor uw bezoeken rond Siem Reap!
