Very nice and quiet hotel, but far from activities

We were very pleased with our 2 days stay at this hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful as we just arrived. They helped us with a lot of things. The hotel itself is beautifully finished and surrounded by trees and plants. Charming. On the other hand, we've booked last minute...and realized after we arrived that it's located far from city center and temples (Angkor Wat per example is at 20-25 min ride). So you need to take a tuk-tuk each time you want to do something. And food / drink are very pricy (for Cambodia) at this hotel. So tuk tuk again. But overall, if you're ok with distance and pricy food, very nice place to stay and relax !

静かなホテル

従業員の方々の人の好さは、十分に伝わってきたのですが、皆さん接客に不慣れな感じがして荷物の取り扱いの配慮がスマートではなかったです。ホテルのゲート内に入ってから長い距離を自分たちで 重い荷物を運ぶ時もあって驚きました。レストランスペースがとても暗くてメニューを見るのにとても苦労しました。食事に関しては良いイメージはありません。ただ従業員の方達の悪気のないお人好し感に 救われたホテルでした。３日間滞在しましたがゆっくりくつろぐ事は出来ました。

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Service ist sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht, auch wenn man mal etwas warten muss. Sehr freundlich. Früher war es sicherlich ein sehr schönes Luxushotel, aber die Anlage wird nicht sehr gepflegt, leider. Wir haben dort nur eine Nacht verbracht, da wir am nächsten Morgen früh zum Flughafen mussten. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Flughafenshuttle- Service an.

Beautiful, peaceful hotel.

All in all, this is an outstanding and very comfortable hotel. The beauty of the carved wood in the rooms, the superb, courteous service, and the peace and quietness of my stay were particular highlights. The entrance is lovely and exotic, and the pool is beautiful. The gym, though small, was adequate for me with its two good treadmills, a bike, and free weights. The wifi worked well. It is an altogether outstanding "bang for your buck." The location is just a bit outside of the main part of Siem Reap, so you cannot walk to get there, but there are always tuk tuks available to take you where you desire to go promptly. Visiting the main Angkor temples was no issue whatsoever either - it took about 15 minutes to arrive via tuk tuk. My only complaint is that the hotel food was, quite frankly, very bad. I ordered room service the first night and found the shrimp spring rolls not fresh and literally inedible (and I am not picky), and the chicken I ordered was very mediocre. Breakfast was also totally lackluster. If they improved the food, this hotel would merit 5 stars in my opinion. I still recommend the hotel, my only caveat being to make sure you plan to either buy some food in town to keep in the room and/or eat out all the time to avoid eating at the hotel.

年末にExpediaの70％オフキャンペーンで、2LDKのVillaに両親と私と娘9歳で3泊しました。コストパフォーマンスがよかったと感じたのは以下7点。 1, 空港からの往復送迎付き。時間など事前にこちらからホテルにメールしました。 2, たまたまかもしれないけど、ホテルで予約したトゥクトゥクの方がとてもよかった！結局残り二日間もお願いしました。アンコールワットを回るのが基本20ドルで、サンセットとサンライズが5ドルづつ追加です。最終日、市内を回りたいのだけどいくら？といったら15ドルとのこと。チップ含めて20ドル渡したら、おつりを渡してくれようとして、びっくりしました。 3, Wifi無料。ただ、パスワード必要なはずがそのまま接続できてしまい、若干大丈夫？とは思いました。が接続はよく不自由はなかったです。 4, Villaは2LDKでとても広い。両親とも適度な距離で休め、リラックスできました。 5, 朝食付き（ですが、私たちには食が進まなかったです。。） 6, 中心地から4kmほど離れていますが、かえって静かで夜は虫と鳥の声だけしか聞こえず、リラックスできました。市内までも無料で送迎してくれるそうですので、夜ずっと出歩きたい人以外はいいと思います。 7, 朝食は美味しくないが、ディナーは同じレストランなのに美味しくてリーズナブル。 逆に、ちょっとだけ気になったのは以下5点でした。 1, Expediaの説明にはセルフランドリーサービスとありましたが、なかったです。通常のランドリーサービスはありますが、下着一枚1ドルと安くはありません。洗面台で自分で洗って干すと1日たたずに乾く気候でしたので、結局利用しませんでした。 2, スタッフの方々はみなさんよい方なのですが、やると言ったことお願いしたことが全部返ってこないことが何度かありました。たとえば、チェックインの際に金庫の鍵がついていなく、部屋に案内してくれた人が持ってくると言っていましたが結局持ってこなかった、など。 3, 飲み物についてきたストローが半分以上の確率で穴が開いていて吸えない。。 4, 私は大丈夫でしたが、娘は原因不明ですがポツポツが15個ほど。。虫刺されなのかどなたかが書いていたプールなのかリネンなのかは不明です。ホテルが理由とも限らないのでわからないですが。 5, これもどこのホテルでもあるかもしれませんが、トカゲとカエルとコウロギは身近な存在です。。

ホスピタリティ抜群のホテル

スタッフの対応がとっても良いホテルでした。ロケーションはダウンタウンから少し離れてますが、無料のシャトルバス(時間が決まっている)が運行されるし、トゥクトゥクを手配してくれるので、全く問題ありません。 夕食に行きたいレストランを伝えると予約をしてくれ、移動手段を手配してくれました。 部屋は広く、キレイに掃除が行き届いてました。

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at La Tradition d'Angkor Boutique Resort. The hotel is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip in Siem Reap, so is nice and quiet. The hotel has lovely grounds including a sizeable restaurant, lovely swimming pool and bar, as well as a gym and massage facilities. The staff were all extremely attentive, polite and helpful. The room was great, very sizeable with a large comfy bed, decent air-con and a nice balcony.

市街地から少し離れますが、静かな落ち着いたホテルです。

立地は空港の近くにあるために、市街地からは２ｋｍほど離れています。 そのために買い物のために歩いて市街地にはいけません。 代わりに宿泊客は少なく、落ち着いた環境でゆったりとした時間を過ごしたい方にはお勧めです。 スタッフは全体的に親切な方が多いです、人懐っこい方が多い印象でした。

Keine Abholung vom Flughafen obwohl mehrfach bestätigt; falsches Zimmer; Wasser im Pool abgestanden; kein Management vor Ort; Hotel war nahezu leer; versprochener Zimmerwechsel wurde "vergessen", keine Reklamationsbearbeitung Management kam erst nach massiven Drohung mit Touristenpolizei und ermöglichte den Wechsel in ein anderes Hotel

プラスアルファの対応がありがたかった。一般的なことは十分に対応いただきましたので感謝感謝ですが、プラスアルファの対応は宿泊最終日です。チェックアウトは12時、帰りの飛行機は23：25分でしたのでかなりの時間を観光に費やすことが出来たのですがさすがに汗とホコリでどろどろ。これで飛行機に乗って帰るのは過酷なので有料でもいいのでホテルに帰ってシャワーを浴びようと思い、ホテルに行ってお願いすると宿泊していた部屋が未だ空いていると理由で結局新品になっている部屋を利用させていただきシャワーも浴びさせてもらい帰国することが出来ました。条件がたまたま合ったのだと思いますが笑顔で対応いただきおまけに無料だったので本当にありがたかったです。次回からは1日多く予約して利用したいと思います。でないと帰国日はかなり過酷です。

Top class hotel with top facilities

This hotel suits the name traditional boutique hotel, floor, wall doors, stairs, cupboard and bed all in varnished wood, giving a classy (palace like) look to the rooms. Hotel has got a beautiful front yard with lots of area for kids to play around. Rooms were spacious and clean No airport pick up and drop off organised, even though the booking states it includes airport pick up and drop off. i was calling them from airport but no answer, then took a taxi to the hotel, when questioned why no airport transfer was not organised answer was sorry we missed you and then when asked why no one picked the phone answer was sorry phone is not working.

It was a very good hotel, super nice installations, service was very good, employees has a limited English but you can still talk to them. Only bad thing about this hotel is that is away from the city so Tuk Tuk might want to rip you off, a fair price to pay is 4 USD

Staff courteous, but have difficulty answering your needs. No cable TV from day one. Always, tomorrow. Suspect that subscription not paid. Clean, dated a little, generous sized rooms, breakfast modest but included in a very competitive price. Pool towels hit and miss. Cocktail drinks require a committee meeting, sometimes unavailable. 元旦より３日間宿泊しました。空港送迎がついており、ホテルの方もネームプレートを持って待っててくれたのですが、実際泊まったホテルは系列のエンプレスホテル。正月休暇で満室で、振替されたのかもしれませんが、チェックイン時に説明はありませんでした。私たちは初のｶﾝﾎﾞｼﾞｱ滞在で、ホテルにも地理にも詳しくありません。翌日に申し込んでいたオプションツアーの待機場所は元々予約したと思っていたラ トラディション ダンコール ブティック リゾートなので、ガイドと落ち合うことができませんでした。ガイドもラ トラディション ダンコール ブティック リゾートで待っていてくれたらしく、またグループで行動するオプションツアーでしたので他の方にも迷惑をかけてしまいました。振替時には普通、何らかの対価をつけてトランスファーされると思うのですが、それもありませんでした。私たちの泊まったホテルは、元々予約したホテルグレードより下がったのかどうか、適正価格だったのかどうかもわかりません。翌々日のオプションツアーの待ち合わせ場所も、結局自分で電話して変更するはめになりました。

空港から近いホテル

泊まった部屋は1階だった為か、入ってすぐにゴキブリを発見。 アンコールわっとの朝焼けを見るために朝食のお弁当をお願いしたら、1人3ドルと言われ、もらったお弁当はパンとゆで卵とバナナとパウンドケーキの様な物が少し入っていて、とても3ドルの価値には思えませんでした。 部屋のお風呂は、お湯が最初しかでないため、とてもぬるかったです。 レベルとして、普通のホテルだと思います。

Beautiful place

A beautiful resort, with all needed facilities. Nice and friendly staff. Its close to airport but a little drive to city center. But taxis and many tuk tuks to bring youand hotel arranges a few free transfers every day.
