"Play simple it was easy access. The initial appeal was different than the overall experience. I got better experience than I thought and the location was a lot more accommodating than I thought and I’ll definitely be back."

"Not fancy, but very clean. Our room was recently renovated, the carpet thick and soft, and the view is stupendous. Continental breakfast was fine, with many items wrapped in plastic, again, very clean. "

"Hotel was undergoing a renovation, so no pool. The breakfast service was awesome and attendant was superb! We loved the convenience of the location due to its proximity to the Seattle ferry. We had a great stay! "

"What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room is suitable up to 400 sq ft but the room is almost 500 sq ft. When we visited here during the heat wave, it did not do a good job of cooling the room. What I do like: - Room itself is beautiful and filled with modern appliances and esthetics. It was clean and the small kitchen was super useful. - The best aspect is its location with walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The boardwalk is nice for taking a stroll and watching boats sail by. The ferry to Seattle is also right by this place so it’s super convenient to be able to get to that side of town. - There is a mini grocery store on-site with an abundance of items at reasonable prices. Overall, I give this place 3 stars. I think once the transition is complete, most of the problems I mentioned should get fixed. "
