"Clean well designed rooms, layout of the resort itself and amenities were good. Staff were friendly and helpful… food very good"

"We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)"

"Hotel eine Baustelle! Statt Gebuchten Meerblick- Müllhalde. Neben dem Bett ein Clo ohne Tür mit dem entsprechenden Kanalisation Gestank. Die schriftliche Beschwerde habe ich sofort an Expedia abgeschickt, leider ohne Antwort zu bekommen. Ich werde jetzt andere Schritte unternehmen müssen."

"Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service, Food, and Amenities! We had a fantastic stay from start to finish! A special mention goes to our fabulous room attendant, who kept our room spotless, neat, and beautifully tidy every single day. "this hotel is 97% either Russian or local Turkish residents - therefore bear this in mind. Facilities are good and for an all inclusive experience you cant ask for much more. overall the downside was the pricing I thought was a bit high for what it is - its more of a 4 star experience."

"We had a great experience with our stay at this hotel. Definitely we will go back. From the beginning of our stay until the end, Ali Bey at the reception was very helpful and professional. Our room was very spacious and clean. The restaurant and food were very good. Hotel staff members very polite and friendly."
