Room, facility, staff training... everything was just wonderful and very impressed!

Lovely hotel near tube stations making it the perfect stay for our trip to Tokyo. Staff very respectful and helpful, as was everyone on Tokyo! Would stay again

A great place to enjoy onsen and Japanese food.

Great service. Attendant was very friendly & accommodating of our limited Japanese.

The staff was really nice. We got free milk and it was only ¥100 for extra bottles if milk, which are a MUST when taking an onsen. We had a private onsen in our room, but there were also public onsen in the hotel! Everything was super clean and the hotel is located close to the bus-terminal.

Greeted by the super friendly manager(who spoke excellent English) and shown to the spacious room(with a kindly offered gift waiting for me). Sauna room was bliss and a something I didn't expect. Housekeeping was superb and leaving/returning hotel was no hassle at all. Near to Golden Gai and Shinjuku/Shin Okubo stations. 5*; absolutely recommended - mainly due to exceptional customer service.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location at the end of a little track is exciting and then the rooms are beautiful. There are little private onsen dotted around the grounds so it is worth arriving early to try out a few in your yukata. There is an incredible dinner at 6pm- a varied selection of sashimi, miso soup and many other delicacies- all of it is beautifully presented.breakfast was a similar feast. The hotel Manager Miwako was exceedingly helpful. She and her staff made us feel...

We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful Close to lots of places to eat.

This was an amazing place to stay. We were only here for a night, but it was the most relaxing stay ever. The private onsen was amazing and there were so many special touches like matching pajamas, a goodie bag and breakfast included. We left very early so the staff gave us our breakfast the night before in a packed lunch and it was so lovely. We also got a massage and it was incredible. Staff were so kind and lovely. Would definitely stay here again, thanks so much <3

We stayed in a Japanese style room, which was beautiful, and unusually spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Japan. The buffet style evening meal and breakfast were both delicious, with a huge range of Japanese and international dishes to choose from. Staff were fluent in English and very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has it's own onsen, which was a lovely experience. A highlight of our holiday.

Cashless Hotel , good location for the cable car

Very convenient hotel for a stay in Nikko. Very close for easy walking to Toshogu Shrine.

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff and we had a comfortable room! We definitely recommended the private onsens as this was the highlight of our stay. There are regular buses available from directly outside the hotel and a few restaurants around as well.

We wanted to stay a bit further from Tokyo this time so picked this hotel as it offered larger rooms as well for a good price. We had a studio for 2 people which was very nice and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. Its about 5-10 minuets walk to the local train stations and has convenience stores and a restaurant hall very close. huge selection of food for breakfast! staff were helpful but not necessarily friendly, we often got hurried along or short sharp responses. lots of...
